NFP acquires Arizona-based Koty-Leavitt

Acquisitive insurance broker NFP has bought Arizona specialty intermediary Koty-Leavitt Insurance Agency.

The transaction, which boosts NFP’s presence in the southwestern US, is NFP’s second of the year following the acquisition of Canadian employee benefits firm Elective Benefit Services.
