Aon’s Andersen: Clients ‘frustrated’ with price increases

The market has reached the stage of price hardening at which clients will challenge brokers and carriers on continuing increases, according to Aon president Eric Andersen. 

Speaking at today’s Inside P&C Live virtual event, Andersen said that although clients understand the macro-economic conditions driving price increases, particularly in North America, they are “frustrated” by rising rates.
