Retail broker Acrisure has recruited an investor relations executive from The Walt Disney Company as its new CFO, replacing Matt Schweinzger, who stepped down from the role after becoming embroiled in a high-profile Ponzi scheme in April.

Lowell Singer is joining the company after spending the last 14 years with Disney, where he managed the company's relationships with investors, analysts, and key corporate governance stakeholders.
