Mercer, a business of Marsh McLennan, has appointed Chris Williams as global diversity and inclusion (D&I) leader and Kaia West as inclusion and diversity leader for the US and Canada.

In this role, Williams will lead Mercer’s D&I strategy globally, while West will implement the company’s strategy across the region.
