Skyward Specialty has promoted John Denton to transactional commercial surety leader, in a move that supports its plans to expand across the US.

The Houston-based specialty carrier also added cannabis to its transactional surety portfolio.

Skyward said the cannabis bonds will be an addition to its transactional surety portfolio and are the third cannabis-related product it has launched in recent months.
