The Hanover hires PwC’s Lovely as chief claims officer after Welzenbach

The Hanover Insurance Group has tapped PwC’s David Lovely as executive vice president and chief claims officer.

He will be responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of the carrier’s claims experience.

Lovely replaces Mark Welzenbach, who announced his retirement from the company in 2022 after 17 years of service.
