Vantage Group has added former PwC executive Caroline Foulger and TIAA chief financial officer Dave Dowrich to its board of directors.

Foulger has led the insurance practice at PwC Bermuda. She also currently serves as the non-executive director for Hiscox and Mosaic Insurance, among others.
