Announced earlier today, the Corvus-Travelers deal is the latest data point for what a new normal looks like in InsurTech M&A, amid an increasingly challenging funding environment for InsurTech firms. 

Travelers said it had agreed to purchase cyber InsurTech MGA Corvus for a price tag of $435mn. This stands in contrast to its 2021 Series C round, where Corvus was valued at $750mn.
