WR Berkley has elevated Mark Schuermann as president of Berkley Entertainment, in place of Cindy Broschart, who served in the role since 2004 and was named chair of the business.

Both appointments are effective immediately.

Schuermann joined Berkley Entertainment as chief operating officer in 2021 from NN Inc., while Broshcart had served as president of Berkley Entertainment since its formation in 2004.
