FedNat closes up 6.35% after Capital Returns makes activist move

FedNat’s stock price ended Tuesday up 6.35 percent over the previous day’s close after shareholder Capital Returns Management filed notice of its desire to nominate Ronald Bobman to the insurer’s board while also proposing to declassify the board itself.
