Commercial auto InsurTech High Definition Vehicle Insurance (HDVI) is expanding into four new states, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Minnesota, building on its existing presence in Tennessee and Alabama, the company confirmed today.

HDVI has lined up reinsurance capacity from Munich Re Specialty Insurance, which is backing a program fronted by Spinnaker.
