NFP has hired two senior captive insurance brokers and further expanded its Canadian business with the appointment of an energy insurance specialist.

Jonathan McKenzie and Rob Ramos have joined the intermediary’s risk and insurance strategy collective (RISC), and take up the posts of vice president and head of US captive management, and senior account executive, respectively.
