Ascot has appointed Anthony Kashuba as executive vice-president and Steven Robinson senior vice-president in tandem with the expansion of its US fac reinsurance capabilities.

Kashuba will be responsible for overseeing Ascot’s North America casualty fac product suite.

He joins the team from Arch Reinsurance, where he served as managing director.
