Watford Re has picked a fresh slate of directors, following its acquisition by an Arch-led consortium, and Watford and Arch have terminated their longstanding investment management deal with HPS Investment Partners, Arch said in a statement Thursday.

Walter Harris, Deborah DeCotis, Elizabeth Gile, Jonathan Levy, Garth Lorimer Turner and Thomas Miller have all resigned as directors of the hedge fund reinsurer.
