Dual has entered the crisis management and product recall market with the hiring of almost the entire Swiss Re Corporate Solutions (Swiss Re CorSo) crisis management and product recall team.

The Dual team will be led by Mark LeBlanc, who is one of around 10 members of the Swiss Re team to have jumped ship, according to sources.
