Metromile adds Cohen and Co’s Butler to board of directors

InsurTech Metromile has added two more names to its board of directors, recruiting John Butler from Cohen and Company and Sandra Clarke, the CFO of Blue Shield of California, the auto insurer announced Tuesday.

Butler is a 25-year insurance veteran who runs the insurance asset management business for Cohen and was intimately involved in Metromile’s launch into the public markets.
