Insurance broker Acrisure has entered the real-estate services business through its acquisition of title insurance and settlement service provider Tempo Title as it looks to diversify its portfolio.

Through the deal, Acrisure will establish Acrisure Real Estate Services, a new division providing real estate services to homeowners, lenders and investors.
