Tokio Marine Highland has hired Christiane Fischer to launch its fine art insurance for its personal and commercial risks division.

As president of the new division, Fischer will oversee the company’s portfolio in the fine art market, including art dealer, exhibition, museum, and private and corporate collection coverages.
