SiriusPoint-founded D&O MGA Banyan Risk is expanding its operations with the launch of its first international subsidiary, Banyan Risk Services, in Canada.

The firm has hired MGA Optiom’s Michael Densham as president, who has been tasked with licensing and building out the new Canadian business.
