Data analytics and risk exchange services provider Accelerant has raised $190mn in a funding round that will fuel the expansion of its platform to new business lines.

The capital injection, which Accelerant said was secured at a $2bn pre-money valuation, was led by Eldridge and saw participation from Deer Park, Marshall Wace and MS&AD Ventures, along with existing investor Altamont Capital Partners.
