Fronting carrier Obsidian has appointed David Lockton to its board, in a move that brings in a director with more than four decades of experience in roles including CEO, president and chairman.

Lockton has spent more than 45 years at Lockton, the global intermediary his brother founded in 1966, in a variety of senior leadership roles.
