Insurance broker IMA Financial has opened a new risk management research and development facility named Web3Labs, focused on the metaverse and blockchain technology.

The R&D facility will be funded by IMA’s financing arm IMA Investments and will initially research risk mitigation specific to non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
