InsurTech Ledgebrook has raised $4.2mn in a seed funding round led by Brand Foundry Ventures.

Brand Foundry partner Brian Spaly has also joined Ledgebrook’s board. American Family Ventures and 15 angel investors additionally chipped in for the funding round.
