Ryan Specialty’s wholesale distribution arm RT Specialty has launched a new excess cyber facility underwritten by its wholly owned MGU EmergIn Risk.

Backed by Aspen, CoAction and Skyward, the program provides up to $15mn in excess capacity per account.
