Tech-focused MGU Embrace Partners has appointed Axis’s specialty (re)insurance CEO Vince Tizzio and Ambac Finacial's senior managing director Sharon Smith to its board of directors.

The board will also include CAC Specialty SVP Paul Wendler and Lisc NY senior executive director Valerie White.
