The US commercial property market is facing double-digit rate increases in 2023, coupled with higher deductibles and restrictive language, according to sources canvassed by this publication.

There is huge variation by account, but sources in the E&S property market have raised the possibility of a 15% to 25% year-on-year rate increase in non-cat, clean accounts.
