Axa XL has promoted Meredith Baron to lead its controlled insurance program within its North American construction division.

Based in Exton, Pennsylvania, Baron reports to Axa XL head of construction primary casualty, Michael McKinley.

The executive joined Axa XL in 2018 after the acquisition of XL Catlin, where she had worked since 2008 in various positions.
