AJ Gallagher’s organic growth ticked up 3.3 points sequentially to 11.7% in the fourth quarter, also marking a 1.1 point increase from 10.6% in Q4 2021.

The Illinois-based intermediary recorded 11.0% organic growth at its brokerage division, climbing from 7.8% in Q3 and up from 10.2%
