WTW has recruited Zurich North America’s Wendy Crosley as the global director of underwriting transformation and automation within its insurance consulting and technology (ICT) business.

The executive will lead digital underwriting transformation projects for global commercial lines insurance clients, as well as managing the design, development and implementation of technology propositions to underwriting companies worldwide.
