Voce’s Plants steps down from Argo board following Brookfield merger agreement

Argo has disclosed that Voce Capital chief investment officer Dan Plants has stepped down from the insurer’s board of directors, effective immediately.

Voce is Argo’s largest shareholder. Plants was appointed to Argo’s board in August 2022, two and a half years after he ended his activist campaign against the insurer’s board.
