Mosaic appoints Haque capital solutions officer

Mosaic Insurance has appointed Oz Haque as capital solutions officer to manage alternative capital strategies for the company based out of New York and Bermuda.

Reeva Bakhshi, former deputy CFO at Alleghany, has been named CFO at Mosaic, succeeding Haque in that role.

Before joining Mosaic in June 2020, Haque was managing director at boutique investment bank Foros, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions.
