Amwins has appointed Andrew Kay as president of Amwins Specialty Casualty Solutions (ASCS) to head one of the largest underwriting operating companies within the organization.

The executive succeeds Munawar Ali, who led ASCS since its launch in 2011 and has moved into a firm-level role focused on product development for Amwins.
