US commercial insurance prices up 5.6% in Q1: WTW

Commercial insurance pricing in the US increased by 5.6% in the first quarter of the year compared with 4.8% in Q4 2022, according to WTW.

The broker’s commercial lines insurance pricing survey (CLIPS) found that commercial property saw the highest price increases, with double-digit rate hikes that trended higher than in the prior quarter.
