California-based retailer Alliant Insurance has recruited Kurt King as SVP, to be based in Rhode Island, overseeing mid-market industrial commercial accounts in the New England region.

King joins Alliant after over six years at USI, where he was VP specialized in commercial insurance services. Before that, he served as managing director at Harbor Insurance after a stint at Crystal & Co.
