Travelers to acquire Corvus in $435mn deal

Travelers has agreed to acquire cyber InsurTech MGA Corvus in a deal sized at around $435mn.

The transaction, which Travelers is funding from internal resources, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2024, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
