Sutton National is reaching out to other parties for its majority stake sale, as exclusive talks with Charlesbank have fallen through, this publication can reveal.  

Last month this publication reported that the 777 Partners-backed company was close to signing a deal with Charlesbank.

The fronting carrier was mulling strategic options prior to a potential re-launch of a formal process this year.
