Aon has hired former QBE North America CEO Todd Jones as executive vice president of risk capital and elevated Cynthia Beveridge as global chief broking officer for commercial risk.

Effective January 1, Jones will report to risk capital CEO Andy Marcell in New York and join the unit’s executive committee.
