Marsh has announced that Andy Stirk will join the company as US chief growth officer, effective January 16.

He will be based in New York and report to Michelle Sartain, president of Marsh US, and be responsible for leveraging Marsh's deep industry knowledge and expertise to deliver differentiated value to clients across the country.
