Arthur J Gallagher has acquired a minority stake in Malaysia’s SP&G Insurance Brokers for an undisclosed sum. 

The deal establishes Gallagher in Malaysia, a market which insurer Allianz predicts will post 6 percent overall insurance premium growth for 2019.
