Legacy reinsurer Fleming Re has agreed to acquire Sinclair Insurance Company, a Bermuda-based casualty reinsurance captive.

Sinclair was set up in 1985 to provide reinsurance cover to a network of workers’ compensation, general liability and commercial auto carriers.
