Berkshire Hathaway to hold shareholders’ meeting behind closed doors

Berkshire Hathaway has said it will move its 2 May annual shareholders’ meeting online amid coronavirus concerns.

The company typically hosts about 40,000 shareholders at the Omaha Convention Center in a colourful event known as the “Woodstock for capitalists”.
