CRC to acquire marine insurer Continental Underwriters

CRC Group has struck a deal to acquire Louisiana-headquartered Continental Underwriters for an undisclosed sum.

The marine insurer’s CEO Elder Brown III and other senior management will remain with the business following the transaction.
