Independent retail broker Higginbotham has expanded its footprint into the state of Louisiana through the launch of Higginbotham Risk Strategies, a partnership with local broker Mike Knotts and a team of 20 professionals.

The partnership expands Higginbotham’s presence to nine states and adds a team with expertise in managing group captive insurance programs for the transportation industry.
