Yesterday, home insurance InsurTech Hippo announced that it was merging with a special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) to go public.

Hippo will be going public through a merger with Reinvent Technology Partners Z (RTPZ). This was anticipated by the market based on news reports over the past several weeks.
