Swiss Re Corporate Solutions to simplify North America legal structure

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions today announced that it will streamline the legal structure of its North American business.

Under the proposals, the carrier will re-domesticate its North American Specialty Insurance Company subsidiary to Missouri from New Hampshire, and change the name of the company to Swiss Re Corporate Solutions America Insurance Corporation (CSAIC).
