Unicorn InsurTech Qomplx has agreed to acquire RPC Tyche, an insurance software, risk modelling and consultancy business, part owned by the UK law firm RPC.

The move adds actuarial muscle to Qomplx in the wake of the start-up’s agreement to merge with Tailwind Acquisition Corp, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), in a $1.4bn
