R&Q ups stake in Tradesman to 40%

Legacy carrier Randall & Quilter (R&Q) has increased its stake in MGA Tradesman Program Managers from 35% to 40%.

Roosevelt Road Capital Partners (RRCP) will remain the majority owner of the construction MGA, with a 60% stake.

R&Q’s stake building follows an August deal in which R&Q merged subsidiary Sandell Re with the MGA.
