Argo Group’s Kathleen Nealon and John Tonelli are to retire from the board of directors following the carrier’s annual general meeting on 6 May.

The retirements will reduce the number of board directors to nine.

Nealon joined the board in 2011 and served on the audit and risk and capital committees.
