Mitch Blaser-led start-up Mosaic has confirmed its recruitment of former Willis Towers Watson executive William Monat, as revealed by this publication in March. 

Monat worked for Willis for nearly a decade, joining to launch a transactional risk offering within its M&A team, working out of Chicago.
