Pembroke founder Mark Wheeler has joined start-up insurer Mosaic, where he will work as co-CEO alongside former Ironshore colleague Mitch Blaser.

The long-rumoured appointment will see Wheeler lead the Bermuda-based business with Blaser, following its launch in February. Insurance Insider first linked Wheeler with a probable move to Mosaic in November last year.
